Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Studyjagat.com, we value transparency and strive to provide the best educational services to our students. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds can only be requested if Studyjagat.com fails to provide services to the student in accordance with our stated policies and compliance guidelines.
A refund claim must be submitted through a written application, accompanied by the original fee receipt issued by Studyjagat.com.

Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed within 45 to 60 working days, following prior approval from the Accounts Department at Studyjagat.com.
All approved refunds will be issued via cheque only, and no other payment methods will be used.

Payment and Late Fees:
Program fees must be paid according to the prescribed timeline. Failure to do so may result in the application of late fees.
Students who do not adhere to the installment payment schedule will not be permitted to sit for examinations.
If the complete program fees are not paid by the prescribed deadline, the student’s admission will be canceled.

Admission Cancellation:
Admissions canceled by Studyjagat.com due to non-compliance with eligibility criteria or non-payment of program fees within the prescribed timeline will not be eligible for any refund. Under these circumstances, refund requests won’t be honored.

Excess and Unidentified Payments:
Studyjagat.com is not liable for refunding any excess or unidentified payments made by students towards programs, courses, exams, or any other fees. Such excess payments can be applied to other applicable services within the same financial year, subject to approval by the Authorized Signatory.

To apply for the utilization of excess payments, students must submit a formal application on or before March 31st of the relevant financial year and must retain proof of receipt issued by Studyjagat.com.

Demand drafts received without adequate student information or details on the type of fees paid will be processed under a suspense account. These drafts can be claimed or transferred to the respective student’s account within the same financial year. After March 31st of the relevant financial year, such claims or applications will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Fees:
Fees paid for registration, examinations, and revaluation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Admissions:
Late admissions are not eligible for any kind of refund or for changing the program or specialization. Additionally, late admissions are not eligible for payment in installments or any extension of the program fee deadline.

Payment Submission Guidelines:
Students are advised not to send any type of fees in the form of cash through post or courier. Studyjagat.com will not be responsible for the return or loss of cash sent by these methods.
